PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel lock device capable of easily releasing restriction of a wheel when a control mechanism or the like inside the wheel lock device is failed. SOLUTION: This wheel lock device 3 has a framework member having opposite two vertical parts 46b and 47b, lock arms 53 and 54 arranged between the vertical parts 46b and 47b to lock the wheel, a support shaft 51 and the other support shaft for supporting the lock arms 53 and 54 in the vertical parts 46b and 47b freely to swing and formed possible to be fitted/removed to/from the framework member by pushing or drawing, and a motor for swinging the lock arms 53 and 54 around the support shaft 51 and the other support shaft.
