The invention relates to construction engineering, in particular to building a multistage framework structure for arranging high-standing apartments, commercial, industrial, medical, municipal, repairing and other services therein. The inventive multistage framework structure consists of a three-dimensional blocks which are staggerly mounted on each other, form a pyramidal shape on the external sides, consist of individual room sections and form the internal spaces for arranging staircases, elevator shafts and various premises therein. The section comprises frame rods and frame posts which are provided with frame fixing fittings. A monocomb (4) which is formed inside the section comprises alternating short (17) and long (18) comb-shaped posts and rods which are arranged in a parallel position with respect to the frame posts and rods and are provided with comb-shaped fittings for fixing wall panels (9) forming a useful space (8) in the central part on the monocomb (4) and with comb-shaped fittings which are connected to the comb-shaped connecting beams on one ends and are combined into the top (14) of the monocomb (14) on the other ends. Said connection beams are also provided with comb-shaped fixing elements for top (10) and lower (11) floor panels and form auxiliary spaces in the top (12) and lower (13) sections of the monocomb (4).
