<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To proliferate mesenchymal stem cells collected from a patient in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The subject medium is obtained by adding vitamin C and a basic fibroblast-growth factor thereto so as to form 25-4,000μg/ml and 10-100 ng/ml concentrations respectively.
