PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing fine particles using a supercritical fluid for the purpose of narrowing the particle size distribution of the fine particles. SOLUTION: The subject microreactor 10 is composed of a first pressure container 11 equipped with a plurality of fine openings 2 and a first pressure vessel 11 provided with a liquid introducing pipe 1, and a second pressure container 12 communicating with the plurality of fine openings 2 installed to the first pressure container 11, and is constituted by providing a liquid introducing pipe 4 and a liquid feed-out pipe 3 to the second pressure container 12.
