The device allows moving, taking out and exchange of a stone baking surface or a grill for a pizza and or grill furnace. The stone baking surface or the grill can be moved out, removed and exchanged. Both at the inside of the furnace and to the stone baking surface or grill a slide part is provided. Part of the slide is provided, at the inside of the furnace, with an opening on a surface. The surface is made of several tiles on which a metal drawer is attached.
