PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus capable of reducing a sound caused when mounted on a hard surface and improving disassembling efficiency when recycled. SOLUTION: A housing in a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape is constituted by combining an upper half body 2 and a lower half body 3 which have been vertically halved and houses a rectangular elastic sheet member 5 having operation buttons 5a, 5a, ..., provided on its top surface and a rectangular circuit board 4 having contacts provided on its top surface, one over the other. The elastic sheet member 5 has legs 5b, 5b, ..., at four corners on its reverse surface and the circuit board 4 has cut portions 4b, 4b, ..., at four corners. A bottom plate 3a of the lower half body 3 has holes 3e, 3e, ..., nearby the four corners and also has support portions 3f, 3f, ..., on the top surface corresponding to the holes 3e, 3e, ... The legs 5b, 5b, ..., project toward outside the housing through the holes 3e, 3e, ..., in contact with peripheral edges of the cut portions 4b, 4b, ..., and support portions 3f, 3f.
