PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which has no interference on quick freezing after filling, and has no possibility of extremely cooling fingers when two counter faces of the packaging container are pressed by the fingers of a hand on drinking. SOLUTION: The packaging container has a gusseted container 2 with both face parts 4 and 4 and gusset parts 5 and 5, and a taking-out tool 3 fixed on an opening part 2a of the gusseted container 2. Two counter faces of the gusseted container 2 are formed of laminated films 6 with heat insulating layers, and other two counter faces are formed of laminated films 7 with no heat insulating property. The heat insulating layers of the laminated films are formed by heat-sealing plastic films each containing a plastic film forming an embossed face or an uneven face so as to form a sealed air layer.
