PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a driver from receiving a cut on his/her skin at the time of collision due to a space formed by a seat belt. SOLUTION: To smoothly and accessibly take in and out coins and highway tickets etc. during driving of a vehicle when the coins and highway tickets etc. are suddenly required, these convenient safety belt cover pockets are positioned in the seat belt before a handle. The safety belt cover pockets fitted to the seat belt serve as soft cushions between the seat belt and the skin of the driver to prevent the seat belt from directly contacting with the skin and damaging it, in particular, in summer when the driver wears bare fashion.
