The present invention provides a polyolefin graft copolymer which is produced by graft copolymerization of an olefin monomer and a (meth)acrylic macromonomer and which has good powder characteristics, a polyolefin graft copolymer composition, and a method for producing such a polyolefin graft copolymer. The invention also provides a composition containing the copolymer and a method for producing such a composition. In the presence of a late transition metal complex coordination polymerization catalyst, an olefin monomer and a (meth)acrylic macromonomer having a glass transition temperature of 30°C or higher are graft-copolymerized.
