The apparatus is mounted inside a freight container and comprises two water pumps at the front of the apparatus, which are connected to an auxiliary diesel motor. The pump delivers hydraulic power to the whole apparatus, both pumps and the water circuits. A diesel tank is located beneath the auxiliary motor. The hydraulic tank is located to the side of the auxiliary motor on the front side of the latter. A lifting crane with support arms for lifting the pump into the water is located at the back of the apparatus.
