摘要 An optical scanning frequency doubling method and apparatus adopting the same are provided. According to the method and apparatus, light scanned by a mirror to a predetermined region is fed back to the mirror. The fed back light is output through an output region. Thus, the frequency of a scanner is doubled, thus greatly overcoming difficulties in high-frequency scanning that current scanners employing a separate optical feedback structure have. That is, the apparatus and method optically double the frequency given by the physical structure of the scanner. The doubled frequency is very suitable for laser televisions, and in particular, for high resolution and high quality laser projection-type image display devices.
