<p>The invention relates to a feed system for revolving tables of digitally controlled machine-tools, used for metal working in a high precision range. According to the invention, the system comprises an electrical motor (4) with variable speed, a planetary reduction gear box (5) with reduced angular play, a reduction gear box (6) with the inlet shaft coaxial with the planetary reduction gear box (5) and with an output shaft (7) located at 90 in relation to the input shaft, on the shaft (7) a drive pinion (8) being fixed, said drive pinion being cylindrical and with inclined teeth on whose hub (a) another drive pinion (10) is coaxially coupled, said drive pinion being cylindrical and with teeth inclined in the same direction, with possibility of axial displacement, by means of a parallel wedge (11), both pinions (8 and 10) being engaged with a crown gear (9) on the same point of the circumference, and tensioned in relation to each other to take over the play from the gearing, by the axial displacement of a single pinion with some disk springs (12).</p> |
