The invention relates to controllable ventilation for habitable inner spaces and is used for improving a room comfort by maintaining a controllable air pressure mode therein. The inventive device for controlling the air pressure in a room comprises an air propelling unit (1), an air preparing unit (2), air ducts (3), controllable valves (4, 5, 6,7), an external pressure sensor (8), an internal pressure sensor (9), a control unit (10), an air intake unit (11), an air exhaust unit (12) and an air-lock chamber (13) provided with an entry door (14) and an exit door (15). The air propelling unit (1) operating mode, in particular the operational intensity thereof, supplied air volumes, positive or reduced pressures, etc are set by means of the control unit (10) The sensors (8, 9) transmit the signals thereof to the control unit (10). The control unit (10) controller produces control signals sent to all controllable elements of the system taking into account the program determined by a room user. In comparison with all known analogous means, said invention makes it possible to improve the comfort of a habitable space by providing a controllable air pressure mode for maintaining the air pressure therein. The possibility of controlling the air pressure in a room means the independence of the inhabitant from atmospheric pressure drop caused by meteorological condition changes. Said invention enables persons sensitive to atmospheric pressure variations to be protected from nuisances produced by a sudden drop of the air pressure by means of the spaces provided with the inventive device. |
