FIELD: oil and gas well repair, particularly devices to perform tubing string round-tripping operation. ^ SUBSTANCE: elevator comprises body with vertical handle, clip and grip. The grip includes two jaws pivotally arranged in the body and fixers, which may cooperate with jaws. The fixers are made as fingers. Springs are installed in the body so that the springs may cooperate with the jaws. The fixers are provided with springs to return the fixers in initial position. Fixer drive is arranged in vertical handle permanently secured to the body and comprises lever higgledy connected to lever handle. The lever may cooperate with jaw fixers. The elevator also comprises flag safety fixer for drive lever. The flag safety fixer is installed on body handle and may move between drive lever fixing and releasing positions, wherein the flag indicates above positions. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of elevator operation due to simplified control. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
