The present invention relates to the field of diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, where abnormal brain accumulation of ß amyloid and/or amyloid plaques are involved. More specifically, the present invention relates to a non-human animal model for such diseases and its use in screening methods for molecules for treating same.
