The invention relates to a coffee-infusion filter holder (1) (Fig. 1) comprising at least one opening (4) for supplying infusion water and at least one internal opening (5) for removing infused coffee. Said invention is characterised in that the filter holder is provided with at least one removable means (2) for fixing said filter holder to a coffee machine and with means (3) for placing the filter holder onto a receptacle for receiving the infused coffee.
