An information processing device (10) utilizes encryption source data read from a semiconductor memory (20) and encryption creation data stored therein, to create key data to be stored in the semiconductor memory (20), with an encryption key data creation unit (15), and stores the created key data in a temporary storage unit (12). The information processing device (10) transmits the data encrypted by an encryption circuit (16) by using the key data. In response to this data, the semiconductor memory (20) executes a command decoded likewise with the key data by a decryption circuit (23a). As a result, data communications can be done exclusively between the predetermined semiconductor memory (20) and the information processing device (10).
