PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel cord highly adhesive to tire constitutive members without needing any rubber coating, and to provide a tire production system that works to directly apply the steel cord to a tire constitutive member laminated on the outer circumference of a hard core. SOLUTION: The tire production system works as follows: In a strander 20, three wires 22 are arranged around a rubber member 24 as the core and laid together to make a single steel cord 26. The rubber member 24 is deformed as a result of laying the wires 22 together, protruded from between the respective wires 22 and exposed onto the outer surface of the steel cord 26.
