<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable which is a foam coaxial cable used as a vehicular insulated wire or the like, contains foam cells uniformly and minutely dispersed, and has low hygroscopicity. <P>SOLUTION: In relation to a foam coaxial cable having at least an internal conductor 1, a form insulator layer 2 and an external conductor 3, this application provides this foam coaxial cable where the foam insulator layer 2 is composed by adding talc having a number average particle diameter of 2.5-10 μm and a specific surface area of 1-15 m<SP>2</SP>/g to a polyolein resin as a foam nucleating agent and by foaming it.
