<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher speed and stable synchronization even if a dust is adhered to an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: A group header GRH is formed in the first half of an address area AR1, and a land header LH is formed in the last half thereof. A pit train of the the group header GRH is wobbled and formed on an extension of the group GR in the same period and the same phase as those of the wobbling.
