PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular head, smoothly machining any corner region of a workpiece without trouble. SOLUTION: The leading end of a tool rotating shaft 4 provided on a casing 3 and rotated by the power of a power shaft 1 is provided with: a tool fitting shaft part 51; a taper hole 52 directed from the leading end to the base end side in the central part of the shaft part and tapered to the base end side; and a threaded hole 53 extended from the taper hole 52. The fitting shaft part 51 is provided with a plurality of expanding slots 54 formed at equal spaces in the circumferential direction and a key 56a. An actuating rod 57 composed of a screw rod part 58 at one end side and a taper shaft part 59 at the other end is provided. A cutter 70 is fitted to the fitting shaft part, the screw rod part 58 is engaged with the threaded hole 53, and the actuating rod is rotated to press the taper shaft part in the taper hole and enlarge the diameter of the fitting shaft part, and with the outer peripheral surface of the fitting shaft part pressed to the peripheral wall surface of a fitting hole of the cutter, the cutter is fixed to the shaft part.
