The present invention refers to prefabricated structural elements useful in construction industry. The elements comprises two portions of expanded polystyrene or the like, presenting each portion inner recesses located at one of the side surfaces thereof; the recesses are filled with an attaching material, i.e, reinforced concrete, for assembling said expanded polystyrene or the like portions. A reinforcing element is located between the polystyrene portions, which may have different sizes and shapes. The attaching portion includes a connector to be used with a compression slab, the connector being also useful for easily handling said slab. The remaining side surface of the structural element discloses a slight chamfered tilt.
