PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced resin molded product capable of arbitrarily adjusting the thickness of the resin molded product and the impregnation speed of a reactive resin material to impregnate the reactive resin material by using a mat material for a resin guide comprising nonwoven fibers or a nonwoven fabric as the impregnation route of the reactive resin material. SOLUTION: First, a rubbery elastic sheet 2 shown by Fig. 2(b) is laid on a base member 1 made of a metal shown by Fig. 2(a). Subsequently, the mat material 3 for the resin guide comprising nonwoven fibers, which comprise glass fibers or the nonwoven fabric, a fiber reinforcing base material 4 such as glass fibers or the like, a core material 5 such as polyurethane or the like, the fiber reinforcing base material 4 and the mat material constituted of the nonwoven fibers, which comprise glass fibers, or the nonwoven fabric are successively laminated and laid on the rubbery elastic sheet 2 as shown by Fig. 1. The whole of the laminate formed like this is covered with a film-like vacuum bag 8 having a resin material charging port 6 and vacuum piping 7 arranged to a part of the peripheral edge thereof as shown by Figs. 2(c) and 2(d) and the peripheral edge is hermetically closed on the base member 1 by an adhesive tape 9 or the like.
