PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide position precision of an antenna element array of element units of a phased array antenna, positioning of a back connector, a secure engagement state, and a structure which applies no unreasonable force to the back connector owing to vibration etc. SOLUTION: The phased array antenna has a structure 10 forming a primary antenna body and a back panel 6 provided on the structure and is constituted by mounting element units 2 each having a plurality of antenna elements in a plurality of opening parts 3 formed in the front of the structure. A connector panel 5 having a connection connector 5A engaged with a connector 6A of the back panel is mounted across a frame 7 capable of absorbing a position shift, a guide hole 11 engaging a screw for element unit fixation is provided on the structure, and a guide hole 12 engaging a screw for connector panel fixation is provided on the back panel.
