PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a profile of a two port non-reciprocal circuit element while sustaining good characteristics. SOLUTION: The two port non-reciprocal circuit element comprises: two central conductors; a microwave magnetic body; a permanent magnet; an insulating sheet; and a multilayer ceramic incorporating a plurality of matching capacitors, wherein the central conductors are provided to intersect on the surface of the microwave magnetic body and at least a part of an ungrounded electrode connected with one end of the central conductor is arranged under the microwave magnetic body.
