PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a blow molding mold using a highly heat-conductive metal such as an aluminum alloy excellent in the cooling efficiency of a mold or a material excellent in cutting processability such as a zinc alloy (ZAS) as a mold matrix and bonding a high hardness material excellent in durability to a biting-off leading end part. SOLUTION: The mold matrix made of the aluminum alloy is cut into a parting shape and a Stellite alloy is applied to a biting-off peripheral part by high speed flame spraying to form a film. A cavity, the biting-off part in the periphery of the cavity, a material escape part and the like are subjected to cutting processing to manufacture the mold wherein the biting-off leading end part formed of the Stellite alloy and the mold matrix formed of the aluminum alloy are bonded integrally.
