PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligand identified by a method for the identification of a nucleic acid ligand to a target molecule by using a SELEX operation wherein the candidate nucleic acid contains a photoreactive group.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid ligand is a ligand to a target protein relating to a diseased, pathologic or toxic state, containing at least one photoreactive group and usable for the diagnosis of diseases, pathologic condition or toxic state by the photocrosslinking of the ligand to the target protein through a covalent bond.
