<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving synchronizing signal generating device which is simple in configuration and generating a sampling clock in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving synchronizing signal generating device is equipped with: a rising change point detecting means 202 which detects the rising change point of signals; a falling change point detecting means 203 which detects the falling change point of signals; a pulse width measuring means 204 which starts taking a time measurement at the rising timing of signals detected by the rising change point detecting means 202, and terminates the time measurement at the falling timing of signals detected by the falling change point detecting means 203, or starts taking a time measurement at the falling timing of signals detected by the falling change point detecting means 203, and terminates the time measurement at the rising timing of signals detected by the rising change point detecting means 202; and a clock generating means 205 which determines the generating position of the sampling clock using two pieces of information: one is rising timing or falling timing information; and the other is the measurement time information measured by the pulse with measuring means 204. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
