PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide capsule type ultrasonic diagnostic equipment where the size of a capsule main body can be minimized as much as posible. SOLUTION: The capsule type ultrasonic diagnostic equipment 1 is provided with: an ultrasonic vibrator 21 which sends ultrasonic waves toward a desired section and which receives an echo signal from the target section; a capsule main body 2 which is provided with the ultrasonic vibrator 21, which comprises a capsule side transmission part 15 and a capsule-side antenna 16 as a transmission means for wirelessly transmitting the echo signal to outside as it is received and which can be inserted to a body cavity; an equipment-side antenna 31 and an equipment-side reception part 32 as a reception means for receiving the echo signal transmitted from the capsule main body 2; and ultrasonic observation equipment 3 which is provided with the equipment-side antenna 31 and the equipment-side reception part 32 and which constructs an ultrasonic image by signal processing of the echo signal received by the equipment-side antenna 31 and the equipment-side reception part 32.
