PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive termite proofing function and to improve the environment of an underfloor space in the underfloor space with mat foundation concrete structure. SOLUTION: This termite-proof structure for impeding the entry of termites into an underfloor space S of a building is provided with a mat foundation concrete layer 20 disposed in a lower position than the surface 10a of the surrounding ground 10 so as to be the bottom face of the underfloor space S; a continuous footing 12 erected on the upper face of the mat foundation concrete layer 20 and extended upward from the surface 10a of the surrounding ground 10 so as to be the outer peripheral wall of the underfloor space S; and a termite proofing agent execution part disposed in the ground 10 on the opposite side to the underfloor space S to close a joint part between the continuous footing 12 and the mat foundation concrete layer 20.
