PURPOSE:To make it possible for a working head to smoothly travel over working positions by supporting the working head by a two-dimensionally movable supporting mechanism and controlling said supporting mechanism by a copying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A weight supporting mechanism 22 is composed of link mechanisms 23, 24, supported on a fixed basic table 21, and relatively movable in a horizontal plane, and a working head 33 is mounted to a supporting body 31 supported by said weight supporting mechanism. There is a copying mechaism comprising a guide member 49 provided along the travelling route of said supporting body 31 and an engaging element 46 engaging with said guide member. When the working head is made to move over working positions, it is possible to subject the engaging element 46 mounted on the supporting body to a copying movement along the guide member 49 by a driving device. |
