<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance charges charged by the push operation of a charge pump circuit and charges discharged by a pull operation. <P>SOLUTION: The charge pump circuit is provided with a first switch (12a) for controlling either one of the push operation and the pull operation on the basis of first control signals, a current mirror circuit (13) constituted of the transistor of an attribute different from the first switch (12a), and a second switch (12b) constituted of the transistor of the same characteristic as the transistor constituting the first switch (12) for controlling current input to the current mirror circuit (13) on the basis of second control signals.
