PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular powder-sending out device regulated so that the sending out part may not be plugged with the granules sent out from a granular powder hopper. SOLUTION: The granular powder-sending out device has the granular powder hopper 60 and the sending out part 61 installed in the lower part of the granular powder hopper 60. The sending out part 61 is equipped with sending-out rotary bodies 73A and 73B for sending out the granular powders by a prescribed amount, a sending-out port 61a installed in the lower part thereof, and a granular powder-transferring means (such as a fertilizing hose 62, a blower 67 and an air chamber 68) for transferring the granular powder by pressurized air, installed in the lower part of the sending-out port 61a. The sending out port 61 also has a shielding tool 100 for shielding the pressurized air reversely flowing from the sending out port 61a to the granular powder hopper 60 side, installed between the sending-out rotary bodies 73A and 73B, and the sending out port 61a.
