PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide book edge rounding seals to break sharp edges of children books so that books can be offered safely even to an infant. SOLUTION: The edge rounding seals are clamped and pasted both inside and outside with some extra margin over and at the front and the back cover corner edges and/or page corner edges of hard cover books, such as children picture books, and the circumference of the extra margin of the seals, where they come in touch with children reading books, are chamfered. The seals are also marked with distinct lines on the pasting surface to show where to meet the corner edges of picture books so that the seals are pasted without any distortion. The seals are so constructed to be thinner inside of the marked line and thicker outside of the marked line so that the seals fit closely to the covers of books such as picture books.
