PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold all optical elements stored in a case stably and fixedly without adhesive action, etc. for preventing the generation of a foreign substance, etc. SOLUTION: A tray 10 is formed horizontally and vertically with element storage parts 11 where works 1 are mounted in a standing state, protruding from the upper face part 10a of the tray 10. A resin sheet cover member 13 covers wholly the opened upper face part 10a to be inserted in a vacuum pack 14. By making the inside of the pack 14 in a vacuum condition, the works 1 are held and fixed between the bottom face of the tray 10 and the cover member 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
