PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening an anti-HIV-1 agent with which the anti-HIV-1 agent can be screened in a large scale by simple operation and measurement in a short time without requiring additional screenings. SOLUTION: The method for producing an anti-HIV-1 agent-screening system includes suppression of cell proliferation by culturing M-CSF dependently growing macrophage-based cells expressing an M-CSF receptor and an Nef-ER fused protein in which HIV-1 Nefprotein is fused with an estrogen receptor hormone binding domain in the presence of an estrogen derivative and M-CSF.
