PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element where storing stability of an element is improved and which is excellent in color purity particularly in a blue light-emitting element, by keeping excellent light-emitting efficiency and high luminance through a long period of time. SOLUTION: This organic electric field light-emitting element contains a diamine compound having an N-phenyl carbazole substituent as host material in a light-emitting layer.
