PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aspheric surface hybrid lens which is excellent in mold releasing properties when an ultraviolet curable resin is cured to form a resin layer on the surface of a spherical surface glass lens. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the aspheric surface hybrid lens includes a process (1) in which the ultraviolet curable resin not containing an internal releasing agent applied on the spherical surface glass lens 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays to form a first resin layer 2 with the resin semi-cured, a process (2) in which while the ultraviolet curable resin containing the releasing agent is made to exist on the surface of the semi-cured first resin layer 2 or an aspheric surface mold 3, the aspheric surface mold 3 or the spherical surface glass lens 1 is moved to form an uncured second resin layer 4 between the first resin layer 2 and the aspheric surface mold 3, and a process (3) in which the semi-cured first resin layer 2 and the uncured second resin layer 4 are irradiated with ultraviolet rays to form the first resin layer 6 and second resin layer 7 which are cured completely.
