PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wall faucet mounting structure with which an in-wall faucet in a wall is mounted at a predetermined location irrespective of a mounting wall thickness or a piping direction. SOLUTION: The in-wall faucet mounting structure comprises a faucet box which is formed of: a rectangular frame body having one of an upper side or a lower side opened; and a faucet main body which is formed of a water shut-off valve section, a spout section, and a pipe joint section in one body. The frame body has guide rails formed on inner surfaces of right and left side walls thereof linearly in a depth direction, and the faucet main body has guide grooves formed in right and left surfaces thereof in a manner slidable along the guide rails in the depth direction. The faucet has a slide gauge arranged on the front thereof, and each guide groove has an engaging means for engaging with the guide rail, whereby the faucet main body is fixed in the faucet box at the predetermined location by referring to the slide gauge.
