PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for surely disposing a magnet in the inner peripheral surface of a stator yoke of a driving motor of a power tool. SOLUTION: An impact driver 100 (power tool) includes: a driving motor 121 having a rotor and a stator 135 where the rotor is rotatably disposed inside, in which a stator yoke 135a and a magnet disposed along the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface of the stator yoke 135a to generate a magnetic field for driving the rotor in rotation are disposed on the stator 135; and a driver bit 109 (a tip tool) for performing a predetermined processing work by the rotary drive of the rotor. The magnet is provided with a plurality of magnetic poles disposed in the circumferential direction, and disposed extending over the whole inner peripheral surface of the stator yoke 135a, and a recessed part 20 in the radial direction of the stator yoke is formed extending in the axial direction of the stator yoke between the stator yoke 135a and the magnet.
