PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a certain and smooth swinging motion of an arm. SOLUTION: A link mechanism 64 is composed of a first bracket 2 supported rotatably round a pin 23 extending in the height direction of a gear member 62, a second bracket 3 supported on the first bracket 2 in such a way as rotatable round a pin 33 extending in the width direction, and a link bracket 7 with one end supported on the second bracket 3 in such a way as rotatable round a pin 74 extending in the longitudinal direction and the other end coupled with the arm 61.
