<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of electrode sheet for capacitor which can make leakage current less by suppressing porosity content of a flame sprayed layer, and keep big electrostatic capacity simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the electrode sheet of capacitor, a flame sprayed layer 3 consisting of an alloy of aluminum-valve action metal to at least one side of an aluminum foil 2 is laminated in such a way that the powder of the alloy of the aluminum-valve action metal is sprayed in flame spraying to the front surface of the aluminum foil 2. The porosity content of the above-mentioned flame sprayed layer 3 is controlled to be 20 vol% or less, by melting a matrix aluminum phase of at least the above-mentioned alloy at the above-mentioned flame spraying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
