PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a conductive material, capable of forming conductive layers having excellent carrier transport abilities, to provide a conductive material obtained from the composition for the conductive material and having excellent carrier transport ability, to provide a conductive layer using the conductive material as a main material, to provide an electronic device having high reliability, and to provide an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This composition for the conductive material comprises a compound represented by general formula (1) ätwo R<SP>1</SP>groups are each independently identically or differently a 2 to 8C straight chain alkyl; four R<SP>2</SP>groups are each independently identically or differently H, methyl or ethyl; two X groups are each independently identically or differently a substituent represented by general formula (2) [(n) is an integer of 2 to 8]; Y is a group containing at least one substituted or non-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon ring}, and an epoxy cross-linking agent.
