摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium phosphate porous material having a mesopore structure on the surface and inside, a carrier for adsorption and fixation of a protein or the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The calcium phosphate porous material is a substrate consisting of a calcium phosphate porous body which has a mesopore structure comprising pores of several nanometer to submicron in pore diameter on the surface of the porous body and inside the pores. The calcium phosphate porous material is the calcium phosphate porous body which has open pores of several tens to 300 &mu;m in pore diameter and a void volume of 30-85%. The carrier for adsorption and fixation of a physiologically active substance consists of the calcium phosphate porous material.
