PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a noise canceling device which generates less distortion by interpolating a sound signal more appropriately even when noise with large pulse noise width occurs in an FM broadcasting receiver or the like. SOLUTION: This noise canceling device 100 is provided with: a noise detection part 201; a PLL part 202 for outputting an output sine wave; a buffer part 203 for storing a composite signal; a peak sampling part 204 for acquiring a composite signal corresponding to a peak of the output sine wave as a sample; a dip sampling part 205 for acquiring a composite signal corresponding to a dip of the output sine wave as a sample; a first auxiliary signal estimating part 206 for estimating a sample corresponding to the peak of the output sine wave while noise occurs; a second auxiliary signal estimating part 207 for estimating a sample corresponding to the dip of the output sine wave while pulse noise occurs; and an interpolating part 208 for interpolating the composite signal while the noise occurs.
