PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent change of concentration, and deposition and fixing of a substance in a medium caused by drying of the medium stored or retained in a reaction area providing a place for interaction of the substances. SOLUTION: This bioassey device 2 comprises at least a medium supply means for supplying the medium including the substance relating to the interaction, to the reaction area R providing a place for interaction between substances such as hybridization, and a moisture resupply means for automatically resupplying the necessary moisture to the reaction area.
