PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lens driving device for moving a lens along an optical path small in size and light in weight. SOLUTION: The lens driving device 10 is equipped with a lens frame 3 holding a small-diameter lens 2a and a large-diameter lens 2b, and a coil for driving 5 is wound around the lens frame 3. The one end of a lead 12 electrically connecting the coil 5 and an external terminal is connected to the coil 5, and further the lead 12 is bent on an inner side than the coil 5 and on the outer sides of the lenses 2a and 2b on either side in the optical axis direction of the lens frame 3. By bending and arranging the lead 12 in such a way, the lead 12 is housed so as not to intercept transmitted light through the lenses 2a and 2b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
