PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of transmitting useful various image information, sound information and music information containing publicity and advertisement such as Web, the Internet and electronic mails to an elevator car in a short time. SOLUTION: Publicity and advertisement are opened/informed as animation information, static picture information, and sound and music information by, for example, a touch type multi-screen 8 and acoustic devices 6 and 9 inside the elevator car. Furthermore, users of the elevator can easily obtain new information about a building provided with the associated elevator and town information of an area provided with the associated building by projecting image information with television cameras 5 and 6 previously provided inside and outside the elevator car.
