PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input/output device storing a transmitted image and resending it later when charged during the image transmission. SOLUTION: When a charging count is increased during the transmission of the image, the image having been sent is saved at the end of the transmission, and the transmission destination thereof is stored.
