PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit which has fewer components and eliminates work of bonding the bus bars to the heat dissipating means to achieve lower costs and a shorter manufacturing time, in the electronic unit comprising bus bars, an electronic component mounted on the bus bars, and heat dissipating means for dissipating heat from the electronic component. SOLUTION: The electronic unit 1 comprises the bus bars 3, the electronic component 5 mounted on the bus bars 3, heat dissipating fins 7 (heat dissipating means for dissipating heat from the electronic component 5) formed integrally on the bus bars 3, a case 9 which houses bus bars 3, electronic component 5, and fins 7 in such an arrangement that exposes the heat dissipating fins 7, and a protective cover 11 which covers exposed parts of the heat dissipating fins 7.
